| Use this form to submit your training to the Pack Trainer
for recording in the Pack's records. Please note that several of the
training classes have very similar names. Please take care to select
the appropriate training that you have completed. For your assistance
the ScoutNet training class number is provided in parentheses and the end of
the training class name. Your training instructors should be able to
provide you with this number upon request.
